OT Wilds™
OT Wilds™ is a impactful yet elegant oblique serif revival typeface drawn by Kelsey Kleiner as part of the PA Wilds Collaborative Series program. OT Wilds™ uses a 1907 specimen from the Keystone Type Foundry, called Niagara as it’s foundation. This particular specimen was chosen because I felt that it aligned best for the vision I had for the products as a whole.
Designed to keep the original personality, but adjusted for modern use, this typeface has history while feeling right at home in both larger editorial design and smaller use cases. With subtle, sturdy serifs, and softness in the curves, OT Wilds™ is a great choice regardless of whether you’re branding a boutique, designing merch for the wild-hearted or typesetting for a hiking magazine.
Currently, OT Wilds™ is a single weight oblique with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, punctuation and multilingual character support. A roman (aka “regular”) version is currently being developed as well as additional weights, bringing an entire family to life.
*Anyone who purchases OT Wilds™ up until the release of the Roman, will get the Roman weight for free when it’s published as a thank you for your support and purchase.
