Trial Fonts EULA

OneTen The Studio® Trial Fonts License Agreement

Last updated: Tuesday, July 22

Thank you for downloading trial fonts from OneTen The Studio®. These trial fonts are designed to help you test, preview, and experiment with the look of the typefaces before purchasing a full license.

By downloading or using these trial fonts, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. What You Can Do With Trial Fonts

  • Use in mockups, pitch decks, and client presentations to preview what the typeface will look like.

  • Use in internal design drafts to explore fit and style.

  • Use on your own computer (one personal and/or one work computer).

  • Show static, non-editable images (like flattened PDFs or JPGs) to clients, team members, or collaborators.

2. What You Cannot Do With Trial Fonts

  • No commercial use — you cannot use trial fonts in any paid project, client deliverable, published design, or product for sale.

  • No logos, packaging, or branding work, even in early versions — trial fonts are for testing only.

  • No web embedding, no app embedding, and no digital product use.

  • No social media posts, advertising, or public-facing graphics.

  • No font modifications — you cannot modify, alter, or customize the trial font files.

  • No sharing — you may not share trial fonts with clients, contractors, or collaborators (they must download their own trial).

3. Other Notes

  • The character set is limited to a reduced selection of letters and glyphs, intended only for visual testing.

  • The trial fonts do not include licensing for any commercial project. To use fonts in commercial work, you must purchase the appropriate full license from OneTen The Studio®.

4. Ownership

The trial fonts are licensed, not sold. OneTen The Studio® retains full ownership and copyright of the font files.

5. Termination

If you use the trial fonts in ways not permitted by this license, your right to use them is immediately revoked, and you must delete the files.

6. No Warranties or Guarantees

Trial fonts are provided “as-is” without warranty. They may contain limitations or restrictions on character sets, spacing, or style variations.
